Potholes are wreaking havoc and causing high repair bills for drivers in Lansing, reports the Lansing State Journal.

The state that put the world on wheels seems determined that its residents will drive on pothole-filled surfaces. The Legislature has kicked this can down the road far too many times.

Transportation has never been a more important public policy priority for Michigan than it is right now. It can be argued that how Michigan residents get from Point A to Point B will largely create Michigan’s future.
